I'm doing my best to walk the walk... However I disagree about you eating healthy, from my personal experiences, and reading scientific journals... But that doesn't mean that you're unhealthy, in science there are exceptions, but in general they are pretty much solid...

Stevia in the Raw is one of the worst tasting brands I've tried... Stevia can be used in cooking or baking... The industrial food manufacturers put in a filler to make the stevia the same volume as sugar, thats why it sucks...

I use Now Foods brand Organic Stevia... It tastes like sugar, and you can use it in cooking and baking. I'm a raw vegan now, but I used it in cooking before, and it works the same as sugar for baking, cooking, or for hot or cold drinks. Not all brands of stevia taste good... I drink homemade limeade, 16oz water, juice of half a lime, and stevia to sweeten... This helped me break a 20 year diet soda habit of consuming 3-4 liters a day... I grew up in Alaska, the water tasted excellent there, but here in Florida, the water is not tasty... :(
