I wouldn't worry if you're eating healthy nutritious food... Get your nutrients from food, and you'll be okay... I've found when I first started that I lost a lot of weight quickly, it's mostly water weight... Good luck and be healthy... :)

That depends on what you eat. I lost 30 pounds in 32 days, but much of that was water weight. I eat a raw vegan diet. I eat whenever I'm hungry. I use raw pumpkin seed milk. I make it at home in a blender, no straining needed, cheaper, lots of nutrients... I sweeten mine with stevia for less calories and sugar.
