Thank you, everyone has been great! I am gonna change my routine and do 2 sets lower weight for 8-12 then UP the weight and drop the reps for 3 sets What do you think?

Thank you, I am not worried about being bulky i know this is a myth and you need to eat ALOT to do this, I think i should change to higher weight and lower reps

Thanks, I know that I wont get bulky and I am definitley not scared of building muscle, i just don't want too much muscle, I have alot as it is, i dont want to make those bigger I just want to keep them while loosing weight. I think i shall up my weight and drop my rep and give that a go? Does this sound like a good plan?

See i still want to loose weight not just drop inches/cm. so I am not sure what to do, i eat at 1400 / day, i have muscle in most places its just hidden under fat :cry:

Ok so I am new to lifting should I start light?! I am currently doing 4-5 set of 12 reps? ADVICE PLEASE, Still have 21kg to loose and lots of muscle to re-discover and work on. Should i go heavier and do less reps? HELP! PLEASE :flowerforyou:

That thing that Clicks, just out you in the right frame of mind! Mine was a photo i couldnt believe how fat I got! I used to have a pretty hot body, was never thin but suddenly i was really fat. sad and good day!

on the light eating - u can be just eat healthy, nuts are great to add for many good reasons, eat salad and load of on protein, fruit and veg too :)

I find that going to gym in the morning works well for me, I am full of beans afterwards. Are you sure you are eating enough? MIND-NUMBING JOB, i totally get that and i find that this turns me into a bit of a dragon lady

I must agree. Here is what I do 1400 cal a day i stick to it as far as possible, I cardio 2 mornings a week and I strength train 3 days a week. I eat whole foods, good food ( vegan or not is your choice, make sure its good full and healthy) when i want something i have it in moderation and rarely...and I think that 1000…

I dont do raw eggs unfortunately I cant stand them. Soy has been pretty good to me so far

Do you just add it to your smoothie? I am keen to try it, i currently use herbalife and i mix it with soy milk?
