30 min 5 times a week
Hey guys... so nine months after having a baby i am going back to gym. My time is very limited though and i will only have 30-40 minutes a morning to work out 5 days a week. What do you think is the best way to utilise this time? Maybe Mon cardio, Tues Lower body wed upper thurs cardio? Please help me : )

Squat, free weight or rack
Hi there I have just started doing weighted squats / lifting on the rack at gym, is this ok to get form etc and then do free weight squats? I have no one to train with to help me so I am nervous to do it free weight and get hurt?!
