I dont want to tone, I want to loose fat

I have Allot of muscle , no i am not some girl who freaks at the first sight of muscle! I have definiation and very strong muscle I just want to get rid of the fat around it. Is cardio best for this?

    Not necessarily, a caloric deficit is. How you get there is up to you.
