I have been reading some posts today and I wanted to drop a line of encourgement to everyone who is struggling, hit a plateau, had a bad day / week month.
What we did yesterday is behind us! Pick up agian and carry on. DO NOT GIVE UP!
If you have a bad day and we all do, ( especially me) put it behind you and make the next decision a better one.
Do not be angry with yourself, changing your life and the way you think about food, eating and yourself is NO EASY TASK! Its not going to happen over night, give yourself time, soon you will notice that you are making better decisions without giving it a second thought.
Stick it out , even if you feel you are not seeing results keep at it! LOG EVERYTHING it makes you so aware odf what you are eating.
MOST IMPORTANTLY.... be kind to yourself, be kind to your body,.

I just think that sometimes we forget The greatness of what we are taking on, and we shouldn't we are changing our worlds, and un knowlingly the worlds of the people around us.
Each one of us have our own struggles, yet here we can band together and build friendships and bonds that can stretch across worlds:happy: Here we all know what it takes to make this journey work,
Never forget how far you have coem from making the decision to buid a better world.
