MY SUCCESS IS...... still a ways to go to goal

I have really come to a point where I am not over thinking it any more, I try my best to stick to 1400 a day (decrease cal) I go to gym 5 mornings a week and i rest on weekends ( increase movement), I try eat healthy 90% of the time. When I want something I have it in MODERATION ( increase control of eating) when I gym I do strength 3 days and 2 days cardio, I work on form and doing thing properly. I have changed so much since I started, i used workout hard all the time to burn as many cal so I could eat more! I realised that makes no sense I want to be healthy and learn to eat better, not eat as much crap as i was and just gym to counter act it......o i guess we all grow and learn and figure out what works for us, I have grown up so much with regards to looking after myself, now when I am really exhausted I stop or take it slow, I sleep more, I eat better and i move more. I do not find myself totally exhausted that I cant move anymore, the weight will come off slowly and surely as my new lifestyle settles. oh and my BIG SECRET TO WEIGHT LOSS....... work ur *kitten* off, log ur food, and be HONEST with yourself, about all of it!
