I love Weights, cardio - NOT SO MUCh

when I started my weight loss journey I made my calorie intake less and I increased my activity and I thought WOW I am loosing weight GREAT....... Then two weeks ago ( months after starting) i took my body fat % again, OMG more than 10% up. My heart dropped to the floor and I was so disappointed.

THEN i decide Change we will so I started strength / weight training again, 3 days and only 2 cardio( for fitness level and to allow muscles to rest)

This morning I went back to check and and and and and......... BODY FAT% IS COMING DOWN...... whhooooooooooop! Girls don't be scared of weights, do ur self a favour and try it.

I wont look back
