Thank you, My Doc also says that i should listen to my body. :smile: She just said I must not over heat. I will go back tomorrow morning and see how it goes, I am nervous for heavy lifting but will see how what goes tomorrow. My blood pressure is perfect, and i was pretty fit before hand, I dont run though.

hey there, OUCH! I did the last year December, although by missing a stair in my excitement:laugh: after getting engaged :flowerforyou: take it slow else it will take forever to heal, walk and climb stairs and see how you feel mine took around 2 months to be totally healed. x

In my opinion get a good balance and variety in your workouts, start with 5x 5 and some cardio, some ploymetrics, change it up :)

Butter on their paws, cleaning makes them feel at home. keep them indoors for a while to adjust to the new home. let them have a safe place to hide, where their food and water is etc, not too much movement :) give her time, I have moved my cats more than 6 times, works everytime

I also try stay away from wheat (this is more for my Psoriasis) I think a healthy diet goes lengths to assist us who are struggling with this kind of pain. Days when i am too sore, I dont, when I feel 100% i give 200% and i when I just feel okish i give 100%:ohwell:
