30 min 5 times a week

Hey guys... so nine months after having a baby i am going back to gym. My time is very limited though and i will only have 30-40 minutes a morning to work out 5 days a week. What do you think is the best way to utilise this time? Maybe Mon cardio, Tues Lower body wed upper thurs cardio?

Please help me : )

    That sounds great too, it's totally up to you! But if you want to be sure with the routines by experts, you can try T25, p90x3! But from what you planned, i think it sounds great since you can recover the muscles alternatively!

    If you have 5 days to work out, I would do cardio three times a week to help with fat burning and then lift weights the other two days for strength and toning. Does your gym offer a free consult for new folks? Maybe work with a trainer for a few sessions to find your groove.
