2012 is going to be my year too, In 2006 I lost 90 lbs with diet and exercise, and since then 80 of it has found its way back. I have used all the excuses, too busy, too hard etc, then 2 years ago I tore my Achilles tendon and was in a cast for 9 weeks.. after that I lost all motivation. Now it is back, I need to do this…

I can totally understand, the before pictures are harsh reality. I had a similar experience. I just took my before picture and it was a real wake up call. I guess I just wasn't paying attention to what was in the mirror. I am newly determined and I am going to make it through this journey and come out a thinner, healthier…

Hi! I can completly understand. I have been fooling myself for years and no more. I need to lose at least 120 pounds and I have fooled myself into thinking that I am "normal". I have just decided that I am not going to let anymore of my life go by without doing something about my weight... You can do it and I can too!
