Im about the same stats that you are. I am also at 1400 Net cals a day, I have about 20 lbs to go. For me, after a workout I am really tired. And I sleep really well. I workout at about 5:00, for 30 minutes if Im really cooking dinner. If Im instantpottin' it, then I workout at 6:00. I eat dinner at 630-7. Then I mommy it…

Had a fitbit flex. Got tired of losing it. Brought a Vivofit, nothing in comparison to the fitbit in my opinion. Went bitless for moths, then went back to fitbit, brought a Charge HR. Love it!!!! //www.fitbit.com/user/26N7Z8

Yes, they sound delicious!!!! Doesn't look like they are that many calories that you wouldnt burn off in your workout. http://caloriecount.about.com/calories-oscar-mayer-hot-dogs-i320519

I went through this in the beginning too. I was eating liek that and never felt true hunger. Then I found out that was a problem. I really never feel hunger pains, or indications. I started with the intermittent fasting, used the iiif calc via google to know what calories I should be eating and finally felt what it felt…

I have the same problem. last night I wore the HRM, and when I went to sync my two activities, it looks like it was accounted for in the system, but the actual activities don't show in the listing. Two days ago I did see that in the exercise area on MFP, it showed Garmin adjustments entry, but then it also showed my two…

My monitor is reporting very high at the moment, but before, when I thought it was working right... When put the HRM on, I wait till I get ready to begin the exercise, then I go tap the button until HEART appears, I let go and it starts recording. Then when my workout is complete I hold down the button when it says HEART,…

Does anyone know when they will allow us to manually edit activity on the wristband. As sometime I can be shaking markers and paint at work, and it seems to add them in as steps. How can we edit this information to just go back to the normal daily hrly burn and remove the erroneous steps?

I am in!

Im not too sure about that. I did what FromHereOnOut did, and I changed my food to the default settings of Breakfast Lunch Dinner, and Snack...I still didnt see the garmin adjustment. Then I finally remembered to disconnect fitbit, and then it worked. So I tried the past week with the HRM, and it seems to be working great.…

So now, how do I change my GBMR? Right now it says 1862, but my bmr should be 1568.4 on http://www.bmi-calculator.net and 1545 on MFP....How do I change this for both MFP and Garmin Connect to be in sync?

Thanks! Ok, Im going to try the bf% on the scale in the am, and see where I fall at on there. How do you manage to get so much protein in the day? I try to but, I get full so fast. And after a few days I can stomach the protein powders.

Ahh! Got the fat burning thing now. I just didn't want to be too sluggish to wake up lol I was havign that problem in the beginning....I will stop eating back. I am interested in the workout plan you have. I think that maybe my exercise mix is not good, and my body is getting used to the same things. Thanks!

I do use a food scale when it comes to at home cooking. At work, I try now to only eat at the cafe if I have to, and I usually get the already measured out turkey burger and vegetables. So my numbers are right, as far as that I believe. And only takeout I really do is chick fila, and I only get the salads or the milkshakes…

Thanks for responding! I did do intermittent fasting earlier in the year. it just became harder when life and work got in the way. It was hard with all the free lunches at work, and then some days I had to go home and head straight out to my sons games and couldn't eat. I am aiming for in between 1500 (BMR) and 1800 for…

Just grab a big gallon of water. Study for a little while longer, and drink. Hit the bed early, get a full 6 - 8 hrs, wake up like 5 am, and study/refresh and get all your notes together you can take to class. Eat breakfast. Pass your tests, that comes first. Take your water in ac cup/straw with you. Hit the gym, run to…

Ok I'm going to cut back to 1 lb a week. 1% is 1.6lbs so ill go with the 500 deficit and hope for more. I went on scooby s and it has me on a 1570 to 1700 losing a lb a week. That's fine, as I'm trying to lose for keeps and keep a good healthy diet. I updated mfp. I think their calc changed cause it actually gave me…

Yes, I am technically eating my exercise calories back. So I go by my Fitbit...If I burn 2500 TDEE, then my intake had to be 1500 at least. Yesterday was hard, because I burned at the end of the day, but I got very close. So if I burn 3200 cal, then I try my best to get to the 2200 intake as possible. But since I had such…

OK, will do! I was thinking this too! I will report back in a couple of weeks. Trainer wasnt there today, so I just played basketball. Thanks everyone!

OK. I agree...its better to do it simultaneously. I just feel very demotivated because nothing has been working... SO, tonight I am headed to the gym. I decided to do the StrongLifts program since they say its more simplified and produce good results. I am going to ask the trainer to spend the evening helping me out with…

I think the fat loss is my biggest concern right now. Which I guess is the nutrition part. I want to do the strength simultaneously as it makes sense, but the thought of all these legs turning into muscle and staying the same size is killing me! i think Id do better by dropping the weight first to stay positive, then focus…

It went down to 172 again. That's when I raised me intake to about 1500 daily. (I didn't realize when I changed my titles on my meals, that it would erase all my past info with the old categories for meals. So everything before may 17th is incorrect, as it deleted a lot of food in my meals). But as of today I am right back…
