BMR on Garmin Connect...Where is it located?
I see you guys posting how your BMR doesn't match your MFP BMR....Where do you find your BMR for the Vivofit on the Garmin Connect website? NVM I found it....In the Reports Section, under Total calories report, if you roll over the blue bar it shows you the BMR for the day.

HRM, Vivofit, Calories not correct, too high and not stable
Is anyone having problems with their calorie count when using the HRM? I was doing 30 day shred, and was averaging about 300 cal burned. 200-385, and now L2 today came up 400. Is a calorie deficit of 1000cal too large for me? I feel like Im not doing something correct. Maybe I should lower it?
