See I could eat zucchini and squash that way in the oven every day, however chicken seems very bland no matter how cooked the "healthy way" unless it is like breaded or like in a cordon blue type recipe.

I drink this from time to time as well but you have to be really careful with this because a serving is actually only half of it and if you are working out on it, it increases your blood pressure and heart rate. (as with normal engery drinks)

I got mine in and really like it. So far it seems in line with what MFP says for calories. However I do notice I'm not in my zone for a long period of time. Like i'm in my zone for 27 mins out of 50. Is that normal? I'm just trying to figure out what "in the zone" really is doing for me.

It would take an enormous amount of rasperries to equal the keytone powder. I took it today this morning and before my workout, i def. felt an energy boost.

Thanks for the feedback! I got it when I ordered something else (CLA) it came with it. I'm not looking for a magic pill just was going to take it for energy.

Also, will I know if my heart rate is too high? Like does it show that it is too high? Or do I need to research this?

I just got mine in, do you all set yours up to go by bpm or by percentage?? I got the FT4, will it sync with my computer?

Thank you all for the info!! Amazon had the Polar FT4 for 62 which I didn't think was bad so I ordered it. Hope it gives me more accurate reading than MFP or the machines :)

Last week I did great, over the weekend though I went out for the first time in forever and I thought at first it was fine because when I weighed in Sunday morning I had lost weight........nope yesterday and today i've been up :( I've been doing good yesterday and today hopefully it goes back down.

I want to try this. I normally have a lot of fiber through vitamuffins, do you think by adding the benfiber as well it will cause any problems?

This morning I woke up to run and it was pouring so I did what I had planned to do this evening, Shred it with Weights (Jillian Michaels) Hopefully it isn't raining later :)
