Will this break my fast?
Hello there :) I just recently started Keto and I drink this in the morning. I wasn’t sure if it was considered to break my fast. I’ve heard multiple views but most say if under 50 calories then you should be fine. It’s a drink with chia seeds in it.

Day 1 killed the lower back

Keto and exercise

Food scale
does anyone have issues with their food scale reading all different numbers? I just got mine but it seems to be acting weird. It will say zero when I know it's not zero and then the amount will be off.

Arches
I get pain in my arches when I do anything from like balancing on a bosu ball/doing squats on a bosu ball to jumping jacks. I also get it when I run. I have been fitted for proper running shoes so I know it isn't that. I've been to a podiatrist and they don't see any issues. I've talked to a few people that also get this.…

Heart Rate Monitors
What is a good starter one? I don't need the top of the line but i'd like one that is accurate and does the job. Also, what are your thoughts about Heart Rate Monitors? Are the uncomfortable? Need all the 411 :)
