If you puree up some of the soft foods you regularly eat (unfortunately like baby food) you will get some substance and not have to worry to much about just eating things like jello and yogurt. Trust me it won't be long till you can eat really food again. I went through it about a year ago and I made it through.

Do some things with the little one. Then you can do what you love, be a mom and exercise at the same time. Then the kiddo gets mommy time at the same time you are getting exercise time.
