I use a Spanx that is high waisted and crotch-less.... it looks like the one in the link I'm including. so for both Friday and Saturday I failed miserably at exercising. I had plans to, but they fell through on both days. I did have 8 cups of water on both days and I'm trying to work up to 10 cups. I have a real difficult time putting me on my list... something I've always had a difficult time with...

Tuesday Challenge.... 10 Water, Under Cals, 50 minutes of exercise plus 10 minutes of resistence training.... for example: lift weights, do pushups, squats, lunges, calisthenics..SP?? water = met, exercise = met Ladies and Gents.... everyone is doing great!!
