I think to lose the 20lbs in 30 days you need to do it everyday but I only do it 2 or 3 times a week - it's still exercise!! :)

Thank you!! I'm going to print these all out and get going. I couldn't believe how many calories a bowl of cereal was so if I'm using that many calories I'd like the breakfast to be filling. xxx

Thank you to everyone for all of the tips and advice. I think I do need to work on my motivation and try and break through the tiredness barrier. My daughter maybe nearly two but she is still up a few times a night and then I am up at 6.30am. I suppose once I start eating healthily and drinking more water then I might not…

I'm the same but my daughter is nearly two so I've had longer to lose weight but all I've done is use the time to put it on! I'm back at work now and my bad time is about 3pm, even when I'm really busy the work is so boring that I wander off to the vending machine :(. I need more will power! xx

And me! I know what its like with baby weight. I lost 14 pounds and then put it all back on :(
