Keep your goal in mind. If you aren't hungry don't eat! Make sure you do eat enough during the day. I read that your caloric intake should be a tad higher every other day to promote weight loss. Good luck, keep it up:))

I'm 5'7" currently 131lbs, would love to be 125 I've lost 4lbs so far and currently eat about 1200 Net Cal. per day (this includes a cardio and strength exercise each day)
