How much weight should I lose?
Hi! I'm 5'7" and currently weigh 131lbs. I have defined muscle, but would love to be 125lbs or less. I started at 135lbs last week and have been eating 1200 net cal per day (net= caloric intake - a cardio and strength work out each day) Will this weight loss be noticeable?
