I drink protein water at 10. Protein shake around 4 or 5. Rest of my cals come at night.

Chicago here. Need to lose about 120 pounds. Actually closer to 150 but I think I'd be happy losing 150. I'm happy to join any motivational group, help group, support group, or anything else out there that will get me close to the goal. I need help and I need it fast.
