I do...even though it's a cheat day, seeing my calories makes me cheat a lot less than normal :) Enjoy your cheat day!

I think for best results it is meant to be done for 30 straight days. I have the DVD and do it 2 to 3x a week but I also go to the gym most days of the week so I see it as an enhancement to my workout :laugh:

I have a stand/sit desk and when standing I will do calf raises if nobody else is standing at their desk :laugh:
