Those who eat 1,500 (or more) calories per day, come hither!
Do you eat your excercise calories back? When I was eating 1,300 calories a day I ate maybe 1/2 of my exercise calories back but now that I upped my calories I am not sure what I should do to lose weight. Help! Thanks!!

Do I or don't I?
I am going to body pump tonight at 6:40pm. Class ends at 7:40pm and I usually go to bed around 9pm. Should I drink my protein shake after pump or just shower and call it a day?

Too much fat but within calories?
I just pre-logged my food for today. After I work out tonight I will be under calories however I will be 37 grams over on fat (avacado for snack and olive oil in a salad dressing so all good fats). Will this hinder my weight loss? TIA!!

Perhaps a silly question about chicken
I am making a slow cooker chicken dish for dinner. It calls for chicken pieces with skin and bone. I will cook it this way (with skin) however I will not eat the skin so when I log my calories, I can log chicken without skin, correct? Thanks in advance!!!!!!

Calories burned from exercise
I plan on having a few glasses of wine tomorrow night. I am not sure how much exercise I will get in tomorrow so I plan on hitting the gym today. I start out doing good for a few days (staying within calories, exercising, etc.) then then I get a strong craving for something that I do not have enough calories left for so instead of making a healthy decision I end up binging on the food I wanted in the first place. When logging, do you log calories for veggies? I am used to WW where fruits and veggies are "free"...are calories for thise foods counted here? TIA!
