Do I or don't I?

I am going to body pump tonight at 6:40pm. Class ends at 7:40pm and I usually go to bed around 9pm. Should I drink my protein shake after pump or just shower and call it a day?

Do you need the protein to hit your protein goal for the day?0

Protein shakes are a good tool if you need to hit your protein goal and you can't eat enough whole food to do it. If you've already hit your goal, you don't need the shake. What's your protein goal set at currently?0 -
Right now it is set at 76. Is that too low? I am 170lb, 5'6. Thanks for your help!0

I would suggest adjusting your settings for more protein. Most women do well with a minimum goal of 100-120g protein.
I would probably have the protein shake if it fits in your calories.0 -
