I enjoy essential oils for relaxing, helping with certain symptoms for colds/flu, etc but I'm no longer an advocate of consuming them. When I first started everyone was saying eo's are fine to consume but the more I read about them the more I am staying away from that. But diffusing lavender at night, game on.

I upped my calories because I was miserable eating 1300 calories. I try to get cardio in 3-4 times a week and I also do Les Mills Body Pump twice a week.

My TDEE - 20% is 1,699. What happens if I eat according to my TDEE and I don't work out one week as much as I indicated when I calculated that number?

Dependends why kind of detox you are referring to. I drink Traditional Medicinals Smooth Move tea once a week. It definitely gets things in the colon moving but I use it because I have issues in that area, not for weight loss.
