  • I'm 5'1", currently 153, goal weight is 128-132. Last time I was at that weight was freshman year in college (12 years ago!). I'm currently at my heaviest ever, and what scares me is this weight is starting to become my new normal. Turning 31 this year, and I'd like my 30s to be healthier and fitter than my 20s!
  • Yoga lover here! Started about 10 years ago with Iyengar - For anyone starting out, I feel that Iyengar should always be the base, and then you can build to other kinds of yoga from there. I've tried/practice Bikram, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and chakra yoga. Now I'm looking to try Kundalini!!
  • Thank you everyone for your words of wisdom and support. It really helps to know that others have struggled with falling off the wagon as well - I particularly struggle with those pesky sweets! • I have a huge sweet tooth. It's bad enough that I can't have anything dessert-like, because I literally can't stop once I get started. What I've found has helped me a lot, and curbs my sweet craving in the evening, is to have a half cup of 0% Fage Greek Yogurt with 1 Tbsp of Strawberry Jam from Trader Joe's stirred in. To…
  • I'm in! My 30th b-day is the 15th, and I'm having boudoir pictures taken that month to commemorate the big event - I need to lost MINIMUM 15 lbs by then.
  • Great idea! I'm going to try to be diligent about posting!
  • I'm 5' 3/4", and starting weight is 145lbs. These days I fluctuate between 135lbs during the summers, and then always creep up to 145lbs during the colder months. I'm so sick of this cycle! My goal is to PERMANENTLY lose weight, and maintain it. My goal weight is around 120lbs, but my mini goal for the moment is 135lbs.…
