Wow, 25 lbs...that is great! I have only lost 8 lbs. this month,,,1200 calorie diet,,,circuit train once a week, and walk incline on treadmill 30 mins once a week I am so frustrated with how slow this is going

My niece is on a no starch kind of diet No bread, pasta, potatoe, still drinking her beer....LOL She has lost 32 lbs. in 30 days..

Does caffeine really effect weight loss? I drink two large a day with 2 milk and 1 sweetner...I really cant give up my coffee..
