Thanks. Just sometimes it gets old looking at my body and seeing the lack of progress I've made since May of 2012. And that website- mybodygallery? I haven't seen a single picture of somebody with a body that looks like mine at my height and weight :(

I stayed at The Trafalgar when I went, the rooms were small but I assume most of Europe is like that? It was pretty conveniently located though, I was able to walk most places I planned on seeing and took the Metro to the rest. I just stopped at whatever restaurants we happened to be walking past and I wasn't disappointed.

Be sure you have a 6-12 month liquid emergency fund, give some of your money away, and save up for your next car or whatever other purchase you have in mind- down payment on a house perhaps?

same here. because I didn't loan the government my money I was able to buy a house a couple of months ago. I much prefer being able to spend my money when I want to.

I use the recipe builder, then weigh once cooked. If my entire batch comes out to 650 grams, I enter it as 650 servings. If I eat 125 grams myself, then I enter it in my diary as eating 125 servings.

Did you ask him the last time his scale was calibrated? What about the last time for the one you regularly use? Were you wearing more clothing, had eaten before hand, etc? There are lots of variables.

I use McCormick grill mates to make marinades for chicken. I cube about 2 pounds worth, let it marinate for a while and then cook in a pan. It stays yummy for days and comes out to 180 calories for 4 oz.

He hasn't tracked at all. I'm just trying to help him get a starting point. TDEE -20% is 3,200 calories a day using moderate, 3,550 for heavy. I don't even know how to pack that many healthy calories into a day.

Sorry if I wrote that wrong- I have 50% carb, 20% fat, 30% protein. I can definitely add tuna or an egg to my salad. I usually have Greek yogurt in the afternoon- I do eat it almost every day already :) I also keep string cheese on hand.
