Unhappy with body shape
I've been yo-yo'ing my weight for a while. I started at 153 and got down to a low of 129, my lowest pic is from 133. I'm currently at 138. I hate my stomach. Activity level help for a friend
I'm helping a friend figure out BMR and TDEE. He's 6'4", 275 pounds and is a welder. He's on his feet all day at work moving some pretty heavy stuff and I'm not sure what activity level to pick for him. He also goes to the gym 3-4 days a week.
