I'm new at using my crock pot and I'm looking for some healthy recipes. Ideally I'd like to just eat what's in the crock pot for dinner, and keep dinner around 400 calories.

    Tuscan Chicken Soup

I doubled the broth, tomato paste, and added tinned tomatoes and red pepper flakes. So good!

    That looks good!
  • 1-2 Beef Feet
Enough "Beef Bones" to cover the bottom of the pot
    2 Carrots chopped up
    2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
a few good throws of Sea Salt

Cover with water, topping off as needed when it evaporates, to cover the bones/feet and then some.

Set on hot until it boils, reduce to low. Let simmer for 48-72 hours.

You will have the most delicious, decedent, gourmet, HEALTHY, broth/stock you've ever tasted.
