NSV- heart rate

I've always had a high heart rate while exercising- mid 170s to 180 usually from the time I was a young teen. When I started C25K and alternating the elliptical, my max heart rate would get up to 175 and not get below 140 after a 5 minute cool down- and that was only running for 60 seconds at a time! 6 full weeks of C25K later, my max heart rate is 160, down to 145 after a one minute cool down and down to 120 after 5 minutes.

Great job. I love going back over my heart rate information to see how I've progressed fitness wise over exercise sessions. Great way to gauge if you really did push yourself as close to the limits as you thought you did.
