That's a relief! I couldn't understand how all those reasonably healthy things I was eating (salmon, lean chicken, Babybel Lights etc) was so bad looking at protein alone!

Mmm, pizza. That's on my menu for next week. The best thing about green pesto is it's quite strong tasting, so you don't need too much.

Aldi green pesto crusted salmon, green beans and a few sneaky oven chips. Yum :-)

I'm the other way! I keep going over. I seem to eat a lot of salmon, chicken, eggs and soy beans. Edamame beans are a lovely snack, and a good source of protein.
