That is great! I believe many of our health issues are caused from our foods lacking essential vitamins and minerals. Food the way God intended is nourishment for our bodies but many of the "foods" today are toxic to our body. I use Himalayan Salt but no weight loss for me. I have a blog and wrote an entire article on…

Thank you! I think I found the group you were talking about. I will also check out the site. I just had my blood work done and they said everything looked good. The prescription has been upped once but they said they were going to wait (can't remember how long) before upping it again. Thanks again for sharing!

Hello everyone! I was recently diagnosed with Hashimotos. I have been trying to lose weight for 6 years off (not during pregnancy and while breastfeeding) and on. I tried everything. I completed the Body Revolution, 30 day shred, and other programs. I would lose inches but only lost a total of 5 pounds. I calorie counted,…

I feel the same way. I absolutely dread the cardio dvds. I would rather jump on my treadmill or stationary bike than do her cardio dvds. I am debating on substituting my own cardio in place of the cardio dvds.

I have the polar ft4 and it's the same thing. It doesn't even make sense to me why a heavier person would burn LESS than a lighter person having the same HR.

Not too far behind you. I will be on week 4 on monday.

Air Force deployments are not very long compared to other branches so I say wait. Even if it was a lengthier deployment, I would still wait. A deployment and the benefits are not a reason to get married. The marriage survival rate of the military is not very good so if you two love each other enough to stay together…

I started a week before, May 20th.

I started it Monday.

Bump! I want to try this after body revolution!

It's circuit training.

$0. I use workout dvds, youtube videos, pinterest workouts, wii workout games, my treadmill, my stationary recumbent bike, and the good old fashioned outdoors. I have dumbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and my own body weight.

I have to say WOW! It looks like you lost way more than 9 pounds. This is great motivation!! Thanks for sharing!

lol your not the only one. At first, I hated feeling the jiggle when jumping around but now I have began to think the harder I jump, the harder I work out and that means the less jiggle I will have.

For the sagging skin, try strength training. Not sure on the science behind this, but it helps keep the skin from sagging. As as the wrinkles go, drink tons of water. Try applying a good natural vitamin e oil or shea butter and dry brushing your skin to stimulate and increase circulation. Make sure your eating a balanced,…

I used to be one these people. For some odd reason, breakfast food made my stomach turn. I think that is only b/c I wasn't used to eating breakfast. When I began eating breakfast, my stomach wasn't as queasy. My stomach seems to be more sensitive in the morning. If I miss breakfast or wait too long, my energy levels seems…

Such an inspiration! You look great! I know you said you were ashamed but you should be very proud. You have come a very long way and it takes a very strong person to do what you did. :-) It's stories like yours that give others hope and motivation!

Amazing results!Congrats on the progress! I just finished the 30DS a few weeks ago. Now I am working on the RI30.

I have both. I LOVE my fitbit. The fitbit will catch my every day activities while the HRM only works for cardio...... I have Polar FT4 and its alright. It works well for cardio workouts but doesn't accurately calculate circuit, strength or activities. When biking or running/walking, the fitbit is VERY close to the HRM. I…

I like the butterball brand. I'm not a big bacon fan but I really like turkey bacon. I'm don't know if it has nitrates, sugars, and all the other crap in it though.
-
Congratulations with your results! Big difference!

I compared the bodybugg, bodymedia, fitbit and many others. I ended up buying the fitbit and absolutely LOVE it. I don't know about the other devices personally but am I completely pleased with the fitbit. I just upgraded from the fitbit ultra to the fitbit one.

I have a fitbit and absolutely LOVE it! It automatically adjusts my calories on MFP depending my activity for the day. I had looked into the bodymedia but ended up going with the fitbit since it was smaller, more discreet, and didn't have a membership due each month. I had also read some people saying the bodymedia gave…

I am doing the 30 day shred. I start Level 3 on Monday. I am LOVING the results I am getting from her program. I think I am going to do ripped in 30, then body revolution.

Level 2 COMPLETE! Moving onto Level 3 on Monday!
-
Level 2 Day 9 complete. Tomorrow will be my last day of level 2!!

Have you measured inches??? Also, are you doing strength training? Are you sore? If your sore, then you tore muscle. If you tore muscle, your muscles will have retain fluid to repair the muscle. If your strength training, you should be building muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat but takes up less space. Also, if your…

My sis and a friend moved away from Texas and they have both said the Mexican just is not the same as in Texas.... I would guesstimate on the calories. I would find a nacho cheese in the system and see how many calories it is. Then take that amount and minus it from the total calories. Same thing with the sour cream. It…

Well, I have successful quit analogs cigs. I currently use the e-cig and am on the lowest level of nicotine. I have been vaping for about 3 years now (on and off, didn't vape when I was pregnant). I had tried quitting analogs many times and the slow wean off the nicotine seems to be working for me. I don't know if the…

I agree. Don't let your doubts get in the way of exercising especially if you like to ride a bike.
