Some don't agree to eat the exercise calories back but MFP already gives you a deficit into your calorie goal. So there is no need to deduct the exercise calories as well.

If I get constipated, it's b/c I have not ate enough fruit, veggies or have not drank enough water. or both. More than likely the answer lies within your diet. Keep a food journal and see what your lacking or having too much of. Coffee is a natural laxative so it might help ease things along.

This. Even breathing, sleeping burn calories so I don't know why weights wouldn't burn fat. From my knowledge, the more muscle you have the more calories you burn. You also get what they call an after burn. Your body's metabolism speeds up after lifting weights which in return keep burning calories after your workout.
