  • Yep, logged the butter! Probably over estimated too as not sure I used a full tablespoon on one little slice of soreen
  • I try not to. I know once I get in to missing little things off I'm on a slippery slope to saying 'well its onlt a little chocolate bar, it won't matter'. Thing is once you get on the scales it does matter and you've only managed to lie to yourself. Having said that is was difficultt yesterday evening. I was soooo hungry…
  • Not me sorry, had a couple of good days out at Carrow Road when I was younger though. They've not accepted his resignation yet though have they?
  • I've got a knee injury that comes and goes, some days fine, other days I can't walk at all. Anyway I've been advised that swimming is great exercise when recovering from injuries as its non weight bearing. Anything in water is good so swimming, aquacise, aqua aerobics etc should all be fine.

  • Love that theres a football group here - my life revolves around it!!! Although beer and burgers at the match probably don't help with the weight loss. Anyway I support FC United of Manchester (english non-league), season ticket holder at Old Trafford before the Glazers.
