I've read most of those, my favorite book is The Perks of Being a Wallflower. I'm currently reading the Pretty Little Liars series and The Lying Game series by the same author. They are murder mystery books and are super addicting.

I did it a year ago when I was at my highest weight for 1.5 weeks and I lost 10 pounds and then I did Weight Watchers right after. I would have used MFP but I didn't know about it. I was kinda a kick start to my weight loss but after I lost 30 pounds in 3 months I got pregnant.. haha and here I am now.
