I agree. I got fat eating too much, period. I have also lost weight by eating 1600 calories and working out an hour a few days a week. I don't think carbs get me. I think I get me. And I think junk I am very addicted to triggers me to massively binge and put on unhealthy fat.

That's bad *kitten*. I'd do it with you. But more for the workout. Hell...if you ride 100 km or 60 miles, a cinnamon bun can't even hurt you, because it would be burned up. Right?

I love carbs too. But Gluten hates me. That's why I like potatoes...roasted in olive oil and garlic. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm :bigsmile: :smooched: Did you know beer has gluten too? :drinker: :cry: :explode:

I made a weird soup for lunch. I boiled some carrots, onion (which I really have to limit! But they are so good!), celery and then blended it with warm soymilk and 4 tbspns of rice cereal (the baby kind). It filled me up.

boiled carrots, 3 stalks of celery, half an onion, 1 tsp diet margarine, 1 cup soy milk, and 1/4 cup oatmeal (dry). This looks delish! Can it be made into a vegan recipe? I was thinking of taking out the egg and cottage cheese and adding tofu. I am not Vegan. I am a new Vegetarian... but I do want to try some vegan options. Opinions?
