  • I really hope we get it going too! I'm lactose intolerant, really badly so I can't touch any chocolate or any guilty pleasure foods except for ready salted crisps. :p don't know why its not moving, although do people find their weight goes up slightly at their delicate time in the month?

  • I would love to be lean and trim, i carry most of my weight round my hips and bum so its harder to shift i reckon! thanks very much for that website I'll check it out. most of the body fat percentage calculators either say im about 25% bf or 36%!
  • I just posted about this! I know how you feel, its so annoying. Ive lost an inch of my hips and legs but the scales are still saying the same number. I just dont understanddddddd! :( This probably hasnt helped, Im just sharing your frustrations.
