This advice is fab. What's everyones views on left over calories from the week? Can you use them or leave them be?

I have problems with my feet so maybe running will help them out a little bit! (My bones like to pop out and dislocate a lot.) I prefer cycyling but the weathers been crazy here and haven't been able to get out. I really hope this works!

I've been getting results from 2023 to 2300. I'm going to stick with 1500-600 and have a refed day a week upto 2100. Which is today because I feel terrible. God damn being a woman!

Okay! I won't log walking. I do excersise dvd's like 30 day shred in the evening and I do some cycling on an exercise bike. I work eradic shifts so I can't always find the time to do a long work out. So I can eat my exercise calories back?

Don't feel like a failure, it is hard to do! I tend to improvise in the cardio sections at the moment doing the first set of squat thrusts and squat jacks and then doing more high knees and jumping jacks because I find it too hard and end up sitting there being frustrated :p

Took my measurements after 10 days and I've lost 7 inches across my body! Only lost half on my hips and bum but I'm so happy! Also techically I've lost 4 lbs because I weighed in at 148lbs and this morning I weighed in at 144! :)

I know! I think it's nice when Natalie struggles cause it makes me feel actually human :p

I've taken pictures and measurements, I've tried not to measure and to weigh but I have and haven't noticed much of a difference :p some people say its water retention from your muscles healing hopefully level 2 will see a difference!

Wow! How much did you lose when doing it! I only want to lose a dress size. I've just done the second day, but I'm doing it twice tomorrow because I can't do it on Thursday cause I'm in work til 9pm!

For 6 months! What results did you see in the first 30 days? I'm hoping to lose a dress size, I'm not really bothered about my weight but i got under 140 pounds I'd be happy with that!

I eat four pieces of toast, (52 cals each), 50g of cheerios with soya milk and a yoghurt. BIG BREAKFASTS ARE THE BEST!

You're not eating enough! Find out your bmr and tdee and aim for a number somewhere in the middle. But not below your bmr. I've had this problem too. I've been doing this for about 3 months and my calorie intake is higher than it was when I started, hopefully I'll start to lose the pounds soon. And so will you!

i dont weigh myself anymore, i just measure. in 3 weeks i've lost about 2 inches and i havent really lost any weight. i weight in at 144 on sunday, then 146 on tuesday. do it once a month i say!

I smoke, so when I cant be bothered doing any exercise, i cant smoke until I do some exercise :D it works, and if I really can't be arsed, cuts down smoking, so win win really!

YEah my fiancé is always like, well you know you've burned a few more calories so you don't have to be so strict at dinner time, Or something like that! All that coffee and green tea probably helps as well :p

I'll have to get a heart rate monitor and report back fly findings! I don't want to think I've done loads of exercise and then eat more and slow my weight loss down. Thanks for the replays! :D xxx

Exactly! I put it as 2 hours of walking at 3mph, but i did a lot more than that! Im so confused about what to put haha!

I personally eat back most of my burned calories because I can. And it already deficits weight loss in your calculated daily calories. But yeah exercise is important for those two reasons and it makes up happy and reduces our appetites anyway! Yaaaay

I think you've tried all these diets but have you stuck to any of them for more than a month? Weight doesn't really start coming off straight away, after a couple of weeks of a new routine you should start to see the difference. Are you really being honest with yourself about how much food youre consuming and how much…
