Please tell me level 2 ends
Just started level 2, I'm on day 8 of level 1 and was getting quite bored so I thought why not! Jillian is evil! I actually turned it off at one point like flip this! TDEE and BMR
my goal is 1330, but i havent lost any weight for a while! my bmr is 1400 something, and my tdee is 1800. am i eating too little? is my body going into starvation mode because im not eating enough? someone who's clever, help me :(

Net calories
Im confused, there's loads of posts about this, but take a look at my food diary, Should i be consuming net calories of at least 1200? (I recently put my daily calories down to 1330 to 1480 so I dont go over that much!) All this malarkey about not eating back your exercise calories seems ridiculous.
