I'm on the edge.

Been on here for like 3 months, put my calories up and down, and I still havent been able to lose and keep it off. my dairies, open and though i have a sweet tooth I always stay within my goals. I've put my calories up to 1580, over my bmr but under my tdee, going to see where that goes in the next month but if nothing happens, Im going to be pissed.
I dont log my excersise, I dont secret eat, Im generally an active person but I've set my activity to sedentary just to make sure (I do have the odd bed day when im off work). my measurements have gone back up, my weight is 148 (10 stone 7 which i was when i started). HELP ME :(
