Denise Austin's Female fat zones... It really kicks my butt... the first twenty minutes you'll need weights... the second half you'll need a stability ball... I am whooped before i get that far:ohwell:

I saw the book in the summer of 2006. "Eat this and Not that" was published in December 2007... But I bought it anyway... It looks good... You were on the right track. Thank you so much! :flowerforyou:

Last year I was on a Tour bus and one of our clients had a book about portions or calorie count. Anyway... It had photos comparing foods (for example 1 cup of popcorn versus 6 crackers). It was basically a picture book with nutritional comparisons... and portion comparisons. I hope this makes sense.... I've been looking…

:noway: It seems like weekends are always tough. I went to a cabin with 4 guys and one other girl (she is also on fitnesspal) It was easy at first we helped each other out a lot. But with four guys they weren't going to go by our routine.. so we had a lot of snacks around and hearty meals. I think for the most part it was…

i second the popcorn.. i am going to have some in a moment

I ran a pizza restaurant (now i'm into wedding planning/photography) and found that Chirizo and Pepperoni are the worst toppings you could eat. Cheese is always high in fat or calories. But you can get lite cheese. Olives are also very high in calories. The healthiest (and the tastiest) pizza we had we a thin crust with…

i eat a lite snack before i exercise... I feel weak and dizzy after a while if i don't

I know it;s hard to do but I threw away over half my candy left over, then put the rest into individual baggies with the days of the week on them. I am aloud one bag a day. My husband hides the rest and just lays one out for me every day before he goes to work. It's really tough I know! I've tried looking for them... no…

Pee indeed!! I am on my 5th glass... I'm full and tired of going to the bathroom...

my goal is 140

cheese! I have to stay away from cheese... I allow myself two cubic inches a day. The girls at work always feel they have to bring cookies and snacks in for everyone. those are hard to stay away from too.

I jog around the house (back and forth from the kitchen to the living room) for 30 minutes. crank the music (put my husband to bed... i don't like it when people watch me exercise:tongue: ) and just run around. I burn over 400 calories. it's great

i use a natural peanut butter... no sugar or salt. It's high in protein, fat, and calories. But at the same time it's terribly good for you.:indifferent: It's soo yummy.
-
I have a hard time with sugar too.. (like salt) it's in everything! I had a bowl of cereal this morning and an orange and i was already in the negatives. sigh* I would like the answer to this as well.

YOu can always tell the waitress how you want it... it's really rare that the chef or cook won't make it the way you want it unless it's terribly busy and he or she forgets. If it's a good restaurant then they will make adjustments to accommodate their guests

I would drink 8 glasses of just water a day anyway. It flushes away all the bad stuff.. the water in your food and drink are just an extra perk... I see it as flushing away whatever is in that food. I've been drinking 10 glasses a day on top of the water in food and drinks and have found great improvement in my skin (not…

ewwww... however.. sadly it gets worse... It's not just the fat that is bad... Hormones, cloning, pesticides, disease, MSG, Artificial ingredients ... It's all about the money not about the people.

do they have a website with nutritional value? I know most restaurants do. You're lucky to have cheesecake factory in your area... we have an apple bees 30minutes away.. and that's it. anyway... I used to run a restaurant (and worked in 4 others) and we used to put butter (or butter flavored lard) and salt on everything…
