If I dont find things on this site I try www.calorieking.com or http://www.calorie-count.com/ or http://www.caloriesperhour.com/index_food.php (all great for eating out). Generally speaking, I am not a fan of chain establishments; so when I go to a local place, I try to find a couple of comperable items at a chain and generally I will average the two together (not an exact sience, I know - but I'm optimistic that I am in the ballpark).

I've figured this out too. I always try to share things that I add to the database too as the foods that other people have added have been helpful.0
