  • Hi. I'm Joani. Feel free to add me. I started in March at 325 lbs and now weigh 289. My goal for now is 220. I don't need to be skinny, but I want to be fit. I work out 4 to 5 days a week and follow a 1200 calorie food plan. You can achieve your goals! It takes planning and intentional eating. Good luck!

  • I'm in! I joined a gym in late May, but I now go 6 days a week. At 6 a.m. I have lost 27 pounds and gone from a 4x to a 1x to 2x, depending on the material. Lol. Monday - 723 calories burned Tuesday - 565 calories burned Wednesday - 447 calories burned Thursday - 368 calories burned total - 2308....1200 to go.
