Hi All. I am 47 and 304 pounds. I have lost 20 pounds since March 2012. I just joined a gym and worked out in a treadmill class this morning...huffing and puffing...at a 8.0 incline. And I didn't hold on to the bar....so proud of myself!

Just an update! Been following 1200 calorie food plan and exercising 4 to 5 days a week. Yes, I am loving the way it makes me feel! I am now 288.4 (don't hate me cuz I love the points....lol) Down 14 lbs since my first post! I have gone from a 4x to a 2x/1x. It is fabulous! Thanks for the support and encouragement!
