Working Out

Hi All. I am 47 and 304 pounds. I have lost 20 pounds since March 2012. I just joined a gym and worked out in a treadmill class this morning...huffing and puffing...at a 8.0 incline. And I didn't hold on to the bar....so proud of myself!

    8.0 incline is awesome Joani, keep it up and those pounds will be dropping fast!

    Just an update! Been following 1200 calorie food plan and exercising 4 to 5 days a week. Yes, I am loving the way it makes me feel! I am now 288.4 (don't hate me cuz I love the points....lol) Down 14 lbs since my first post! I have gone from a 4x to a 2x/1x. It is fabulous! Thanks for the support and encouragement!     I love the 'points' too~ ! LOL You are doing fantastic !!!! I bet you feel like a rock star! Its an amazing feeling when we challenge ourselves and succeed, isn't it??
