Well I think this will help you I know it has helped me sooo much and I have just been using loike 3 weeks maybe a couple days left in the first week I lost like 15 pounds I didnt even know you could do that. It makes me be so awar of what I am eating i love it

Oh I am going through it right now I take 200mg and still wont level out but am doing a little better and the medication does help a lot. I am sure from what my doc tells me I will have to have mine removed completly.
