you can see it amazingly in your neck, and your face, the cardigan definatly makes it harder to see the other differences, but if you see change in your face than you definatly know its working!

its definatly not a concrete number. (your body can go into starvation mode, if it feels threatened) if you choose to be below, that should be fine, as long as you are still getting enough nutrition.
