crock pot = many different versions can be made with a tin of tomatoes and some different herbs and spices...frozen casserole veg/any other veg really bake it with lemon and black pepper stuff it with fresh basil, parsley, sundried tomatoes, garlic and lemon zest before baking

He does know.. he doesnt care how large it is.. but he does care about the effect its having on me so is being wonderfully supportive and helpful even changing our old recipes to healthier versions.... I feel very lucky

New bras, new shoes, new pants, new socks..(Cant skimp on them)... apart from that I'm getting by on the things I have, ditching the bigger sizes as I dont need them and if i see something on sale/charity shop then I'll pick it up. When I get to the size I want to be I'm splurging on a WHOLE new wardrobe!!!

Unfortunately they have the most money so they have the sponsorship, I don't think it creates the best impression for healthy lifestyles but at the end of the day their providing the money to run it... Advertising wont make me buy it though

I don't pretend to know everything and I don't want to.. I know things aren't linear ... a plateau is what it felt like to me and changing things seem to have helped me I'm not saying it would help everyone.... I dont really care about what you think about it either you might well be right about macronutrients and things…

I'm like you I hate eating breakfast.... but I've just broken a plateau by starting to eat 5 tiny meals a day rather than 2 big ones.... I cant face a solid breakfast yet but smoothie's are going down and staying down. Good luck with it

I've had the same thing, I think that as you get going and start exercising the muscle retains water for a while to repair etc (I might be wrong on this so don't take my word for it), Just stick at it and it and the scale monsters will start feeling more friendly. Its probably just your body adjusting to it

Swimming!!!!! No impact! Also bike???? Try taking a codliver oil tablet a day - I'm a lot less achy in my knees and hips since I started doing this!
