I just started it, I'm on day 2 and so far so good. I don't think its expensive considering how much food/eating out can be but I didn't buy all the products, just the shakes. I am going to do 1 for breakfast and 1 for dinner with my "meal" being lunch. Looking forward to seeing if it works!

Question When I use the BMR tool on MFP it says I use about 1440 calories a day. However, I noticed under the settings and goals tab, that it is saying I use 1800 calories a day.
