I was told to do it really early in the morning. That last about a week before I started just sleeping at 6am lol. I have found that is best to work out when it works best for you. Exercise is a suppose to be part of you life not the other way around.

Well looking at it I wasn't getting the good carob or enough protein at dinner. I will try the green tea thing tho. It sounds like it could help.

I tend to do that when I am over at my boyfriends house. He always has so kind of super bad but good food there. I have worked on just saying no to some things. Its not like the pie will disappear off the face of the earth. I can always have it another day...or can I
