  • I was told to do it really early in the morning. That last about a week before I started just sleeping at 6am lol. I have found that is best to work out when it works best for you. Exercise is a suppose to be part of you life not the other way around.
  • Well looking at it I wasn't getting the good carob or enough protein at dinner. I will try the green tea thing tho. It sounds like it could help.
  • I was all ways curious about this. Thanks for all the info peeps. I have always loved tea and now I feel like I can get more use of of drinking it.
